Field Sales Consultant

Do you have direct sales experience? Looking for a role where you can earn uncapped commission?

FoamInstall is a spray foam insulation company installing high quality spray foam insulation into domestic and commercial properties. We believe in being open, honest and clear about what the product is, what it does and how we install it. The product is the new age replacement for old and antiquated insulation technologies such as fibreglass and rock wool. The properties of the product speak for itself when it comes to comparing to the older insulation technologies.

FoamInstall will provide product training to the right candidate, this will be provided from our home office located in the sunny town of Bournemouth. The home office provides a relaxed environment in which a direct sales professional can work with industry experts in construction and foam spray insulation to grow knowledge and when not sitting appointments can work on growing other streams of leads.

This is a fantastic time to get into the industry as there are changes happening in regulations relating to EPC ratings. This means that all landlords in the UK must provide a property of a certain EPC rating before they let their property whether it be domestic or commercial. Enquiries are up and now is a good time to get into the industry and push this fantastic product.

What you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for sitting appointments generated by the company and closing deals in line with the company sales targets. The leads could be warm enquiries coming in or leads generated through cold calling. You will be responsible for closing deals deals for the company.

  • Confirming customer appointments
  • Attending customer appointments
  • Telephone and face to face objection handling
  • Closing deals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience (essential)
  • Face to face sales experience (essential)
  • Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills
  • Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles and secure deals
  • You must have impeccable manners
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Determination and drive to push on become and part of a growing successful company

Telesales Executive / Coordinator

Working from the office, you will be responsible for setting appointments with potential customers through warm leads, cold calling, referrals and repeat business from customers. You will speak to customers about our services and products and what it can do for them. The primary objective is to set appointments for the field sales team to visit the customers.

IT Administrator - POSITION CURRENTLY FILLED

A new opportunity has arisen to work as an IT administrator for a prestigious business based in the sunny town of Bournemouth.

The company Self Builders is a diverse company operating arms in a number of industries. The IT administrator will be assisting the managing director in improving and building on each of these streams by means of management of the websites, website improvements, SEO, advertising and more.

This person will be responsible for maintaining the company’s websites, the content and the hosting. The ideal candidate will have background in web hosting, design, WordPress – the majority of this is done through 1and1. They will also be proficient at using Word, Excel, Power Point and can generally find their way around any application put in front of them.
